Facilitated Simulations (F2F)
Introduce your team to world-leading innovation frameworks with IDEO’s immersive ExperienceInnovation™ business simulation. Participants play in small, semi-competitive teams and experience a 16 week IDEO project in 4 intensive hours! Some of the skills acquired and applied include:
֍ Ethnographic observation;
֍ Formation and evaluation of non-obvious insights;
֍ Identification and reframing of business opportunities;
֍ Professional brainstorming techniques; and
֍ Prototyping and experimentation.
This 4-hour face to face simulation requires a minimum of 12 people and can be run onsite as an in-house session.

Virtual Simulations (Online)
Our 90 minute simulation introduces contemporary innovation frameworks, techniques, mindsets and behaviours in a hands-on format. Delivered by mobile, or another device, the simulation guides participants through 6 creative habits that can be used to solve challenges in the workplace (or anywhere else!). It is a fast-moving and immersive experience that allows participants to work on a selected innovation challenge.
The solutions that are developed will be captured in a personalised transcript which is sent to each participant by e-mail at the end of the session.
Facilitated by an experienced Crazy Might Work practitioner, the simulation can be delivered in-person to groups (working in pairs) or remotely, via Zoom.
