Innovating for Employee and Customer Experience

Tuesday, 26 September 2017

We are excited to invite you to participate in a 4 hour simulation that will introduce you to IDEO’s innovation framework and process.

The IDEO approach can be applied to strategy, product, service or customer experience design. The skills you will learn and apply include:

  • User (usually customer) observation;
  • Formation and evaluation of non-obvious insights;
  • Identification and reframing of opportunities;
  • Brainstorming techniques and provocations;
  • Prototyping and experimentation techniques; and
  • Research design and implementation planning.

We will kick off with a light breakfast, followed by the simulation and finish off with a plenary session in which we will discuss how innovation can be applied back in your business.

This is a great opportunity to meet and work with strategists and innovators from other businesses and industries in a friendly and engaging team exercise. Bring your own team or join one of the attending groups.

Interest is always high and numbers are limited, so please enrol early to avoid disappointment.
