What’s the Big Idea?

In the words of Albert Einstein, “We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them”.

Industries have a habit of converging in thought and behaviour, partly because of the widespread practice of benchmarking. Without concerted attempts to innovate, organisations tend to produce progressively commoditised offerings, losing the power to differentiate from competitors, producing a swirling vortex of “me too” offerings that feed the industry death spiral of price-based competition!

Who do we work with?

Strategists, innovation specialists, entrepreneurs, the bold, the brave, the fearful, and anyone else that is passionate about working more innovatively and overcoming perceived boundaries to achieve genuinely better business outcomes.

Where does the "crazy'' come in?

Some of the world’s most transformative inventions and ideas seemed quite implausible at the start, so our break-through thinking approaches are designed to take you into the inspired and creative zone, to open up new possibilities.

Channelling Albert once again: “If at first the idea is not absurd, there is no hope for it.”

Just how "crazy" will things get?

Pretty crazy!

We launched Crazy Might Work in Antarctica on a Russian ice-beaker so that the threshold for innovative starts would be nice and high!

And so far our clients have not disappointed, with an appetite for disruptive, out-of-the-box thinking, wicked challenges and entrepreneurial thinking!

You guys must be nuts!

Well, maybe just a little…let’s just say that we are passionate about we do and ”innovation” is a space where ”whacky” is actually an advantage!
